Mr. Dallas is the Point of Contact, Project Manager, and Senior Designer of Red Mountain Engineering. Mr. Dallas is the majority interest holder and founder of Red Mountain Engineering. Mr. Dallas is a member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community ("SRPMIC"), and is aslo of Navajo and Hopi descent. Mr. Dallas brings over 31 years of civil engineering project management and design experience in Arizona.

Eric Apante is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Arizona and California. Mr. Apante has more than 15 years of civil engineering experience with public, commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Mr. Apante specializes in engineering plans preparation, drainage design, and site development, including project implementation from the feasibility and planning phase through design and construction. He also conducts project oversight and management, coordinating with both private sector clients and regulatory authorities through preliminary and final project submittal and approval.

R. Gregg Dodson brings more than 45 years of experience in land surveying to Red Mountain Engineering. Mr. Dodson is in charge of overseeing our surveying department. Mr. Dodson is responsible for monitoring land surveying, construction staking, and layout services on all projects. Gregg is an active member of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors (APLS), having served as secretary, secretary and treasurer, membership chairman, chairman, vice president, and president of APLS Chapters and Conferences from 1982 to 1990.
